Job: Licensed Therapist
Role
We’re looking to add Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to our team. The role is a 1099 hybrid position.
Pay Transparency
Our therapists receive 60% of all payments. We will share with you the total amount that each payer reimburses for each service code so that you are knowledgeable about the cost breakdown.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy virtually or in person
Treatment planning and progress note completion
Use a variety of therapy modalities to assist clients in meeting their goals
Complete consultations for potential new clients

Qualifications
A minimum of a master’s degree with AZBBHE licensure in good standing is required. Associate level therapists are also encouraged to apply!
