Kyrsten specializes in working with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-love challenges, life transitions, eating disorders, and other mental health concerns. Many of her clients feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express their needs, and are seeking a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, Kyrsten collaborates with clients to build practical tools for managing stress, strengthening self-confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering resilience.
