Who Am I? That question has fueled both my education and my healing journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience guiding people toward deeper self-connection and transformation. But more than titles or credentials, I’m someone who has walked through the messy, relentless search for identity — and found my way back to resonance.

For years, I tried on personalities, trends, outfits, belief systems — anything that might reveal my “true self” or fill the love I couldn’t give myself. I worked, dated, and showed up in life wearing costumes, doing the performance, and going home depleted. My identity felt fused with pain and struggle, and it weighed down every relationship, every opportunity, every part of living.

I started my healing in my head — therapy rooms, story replays, endless tools. But the more I told the story, the more it felt glued to me. Even with meditation, retreats, psychics, yoga, and spiritual devotion, the mask wouldn’t come off.

Everything shifted when I began with my body — with my nervous system. It wasn’t a quick fix, but it was more powerful than decades of talking about my pain. Slowly, the costume started to peel away. And underneath wasn’t a brand-new version of me — it was the real me, the one I had forgotten but always carried inside.
