I specialize in working with grief (traumatic and acute grief), bereaved individuals, trauma, couples, illness, religious trauma, women's issues, identity, and general mental health.

As an avid crocheter, I see therapy like a tangled ball of yarn and it’s overwhelming at first, but full of possibility. With patience, care, and curiosity, we can gently untangle the knots and create something meaningful and beautiful together. I bring warmth, creativity, and nonjudgmental support as we explore your unique story at your own pace.
