Echo Cochrell-Gretz, MS, LPC/LMHC-PMHC

Echo is licensed to provide therapy in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington; she offers Telehealth in all three states. She is also a board approved clinical supervisor in both Arizona and Washington.

Echo has been in the field for over 11 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings including group practice, community mental health, in-home behavioral health services, and residential treatment facilities.

Her approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. She strives to create a space where you feel understood and seen, while offering insights and tools to help you overcome challenges. Echo utilizes a variety of treatment modalities and has additional training in EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, disordered eating, CBT, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Perinatal Mental Health. She is Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned and is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist; she received her training through the Postpartum Support International. She is currently in the process of completing the Gottman Method Couples Therapy training (Level 1 and 2).
