Echo’s approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, with space for authenticity and gentle humor throughout the therapeutic process. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist and a mother, Echo brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the transformative experience of parenthood.
