My goal is to create a space for you that is safe, steady, and genuine.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence based practices to help you build emotional resilience, understand the patterns that keep showing up, why various emotions feel so intense or why the body reacts long after the mind wants to move on. Therapy with me is not one size fits all we’ll work together to find what best supports your growth.
