Lizzi Coldiron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Scottsdale, offering in person and virtual therapy to clients across Arizona.

Lizzi helps people who feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming - people navigating trauma, identity shifts, and the quiet ache for deeper connection with themselves and others. Many of her clients arrive feeling overwhelmed by change, burdened by old roles or patterns, and unsure how to move forward.

Grounded in deep curiosity, compassion, and respect for your story, Lizzi creates a space where every part of you is welcome - even the ones that feel lost, uncertain, or unseen. Her sessions are warm, non-judgmental, and attuned, offering room for both vulnerability and growth.

Her work blends intuitive presence with evidence-based tools, helping clients understand the roots of their pain and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and balance.

Clients describe Lizzi as grounded, genuine, and attuned - someone who brings both depth and lightness to difficult work. When appropriate, she brings a steady sense of humor and perspective, helping clients find moments of levity even when things feel heavy.

Her passion for this work is personal and lived. Having walked her own path, Lizzi understands the courage it takes to face change, transformation, and find authenticity. She also brings empathy for the profound emotional and identity shifts that accompany big life changes and transitions - including the invisible labor and inner transformation that often go unseen.

Lizzi holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Seattle University. She has practiced in hospitals, schools, crisis lines, community mental health, and private practice - experiences that have shaped her wide, compassionate lens.

Originally from the lush landscapes of Washington State and now rooted in the Arizona desert, Lizzi finds meaning in nature’s reminders that growth often happens quietly, below the surface.

Lizz’s goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your ability to navigate change with strength, tenderness, and authenticity.
