Taking care of your mental health takes courage, and I commend you for stepping into this journey. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and learning effective tools. I am motivated by the potential for positive changes that each individual has, and finding the unique strengths that will help one take care of themselves in the healthiest way.

I focus on cultivating open, supportive, non-judgmental communication; my goal is to listen and provide a safe space for you to speak freely and comfortably. I work with those feeling stuck, unmotivated, or struggling to find the light at the end of the tunnel. If you are overwhelmed by symptoms that make it difficult to function and thrive, we will work collaboratively to identify practical strategies that help you move forward and find the relief and balance you seek.

I specialize in helping individuals focus on reshaping unhelpful thought patterns and finding more rational ways of thinking in order to work towards positive change in behavior and building healthier ways of coping. By using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), while coming from a strengths-based approach, I often incorporate mindfulness-based tools in order to work on building your toolbox of coping skills to support building new habits in line with your goals. My approach is rooted in compassion, creating a safe space for healing and growth.
