One one-on-one Zoom session to complete your application together, with teaching along the way
Up to four additional 30-minute Zoom calls for questions while you wait for your contract and after it arrives
One 1.5-hour EHR work session, where we'll submit claims together and learn how to read the results
Email support throughout the process, with responses within 2 business days
6 months of email access for questions after you're in-network
Referrals to our own trusted biller and a few other billers we've vetted over the years. Their educational programs and billing services are separate and not included in the cost of mentorship.
